*INSTRUCTION CARD FOR APPLICATION/REMOVAL

*1 APPLICATION KIT PER ORDER: Glue(can be replaced with sticky tabs per request at checkout),reusable crystal cuticle pusher, nail file, nail buffer, alcohol prep pads, cuticle oil pen, hand scrub.

EXTRA APPLICATION KITS CAN BE PURCHASED(recommended if ordering more than 1 set)

There are no returns/refunds.Each set is made to order and therefore is custom for you.There are no returns/refunds for incorrect sizing.Whatever you order at checkout is what is made and is the responsibility of the customer to get sized correctly.Sizing Kits are HIGHLY recommended for a perfect fit and can be purchased.1 Sizing Kit comes free with the purchase of 1 or more sets.It is HIGHLY suggested to have a Sizing Kit for each shape/length as the sizes aren’t always consistent with each shape/length.Your sizes will be recorded so you only need to do this process 1 time for each shape/length you want.Once you receive your sizing kit in the mail, please email your sizes to Luxfauxnails@gmail.com along with your first/last name and order number.Please send sizes in the order of Right Hand(thumb-pinky)/Left Hand(thumb-pinky).If you choose not to purchase a sizing kit,please follow the instructions on the website to measure and email those sizes to Luxfauxnails@gmail.com following the same instructions/format listed above.The ONLY time a set will be replaced is if I make a mistake and send the wrong size etc.Please note that all sets are made to order and may differ slightly to the photo on the website as no 2 pieces of art are absolutely identical.

I only use 100% gel nails.I also encapsulated each nail in hard gel,making the sets super durable AND reusable(with proper removal/storage).With proper fit and prep(following application instructions included in your package),these nails can be worn up to 2 weeks. I do recommend throwing your glue/sticky tabs in your purse/bag/car(anywhere easily accessible)just incase one pops off.

Please keep in mind that I am only 1 person and make all of these sets by hand and from scratch.Orders are processed and made in the order they were received.Please allow 7 days to make and ship the orders.That 7 days does NOT include ship time.Tracking will be provided for each order.Lux is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.Please contact the courier to start a claim if you run into one of those issues.Lux is also not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather/holidays/unforeseen circumstances.Please contact the courier with any questions regarding those issues.The orders are shipped to the address listed at checkout.Please double check that the address you have listed is correct.Orders will not be replaced due to the wrong shipping address used at checkout UNLESS I have made a mistake in filling out the label.
